1. What is the A Dose Of Hope COVID-19 Vaccination Program? 

A Dose Of Hope COVID-19 Vaccination Program helps Ninjas and their families stay safe so that everyone can continue to work in a healthy environment.

2. Why are we doing this?

We’re committed to the health and safety of our Ninjas and their families. Ninjas are the backbone of our company. Without them, we wouldn't be able to offer world-class customer service!

3. Who will get vaccinated?

At this moment, we will be able to fully vaccinate 1 current Ninja and 1 dependent.

4. When will Ninjas get vaccinated?

This is still to be determined, but our hope is to have the option available to Ninjas by the end of May 2021.

5. Will this affect SupportNinja’s services?

No, this will not affect any service we already provide clients or will provide to future clients. Since we’re functioning on a combination of work from home and on site operations, it will not impact the caliber of service our Ninjas provide.
